This scarf was created by Aqhama, a 16-year-old student from Cape Town who has been part of our Lalela programs since 2022. Mgedezi has garnered significant recognition within the program, including the honour of having her artwork featured on a prominent Cape Town sign at theV&A Waterfront. Her cheerful and humorous personality shines through both in her classes and her creations, as seen in this darling artwork.
