This artwork was created by Shakur during the massive water crisis in Cape Town in 2017. Shakur, a grade 10 learner with a passion for gardening and protecting our natural resources, created this piece as a mural, which was then painted on a primary school wall as a joint project where older students taught younger ones about the importance of water conservation during this critical time.
